• Hosts & Vendors are solely responsible for all taxes, duties, or fees associated with their usage or earnings. ConciergeFlow is not liable for any tax obligations, which vary by jurisdiction.

Payments & Payouts:

• ConciergeFlow processes payments per booking; payouts go to vendors automatically.
• Hosts & Vendors agree to payment fees as described (you can add details here)

Disputes & Liability:

• ConciergeFlow isn’t liable for property damage, personal injury, or indirect losses.
• Any disputes between Hosts, Guests, or Vendors must be resolved independently.

Termination:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at our discretion.

Changes to Terms:
