These terms govern your use of the ConciergeFlow website at conciergeflow.ai, operated by Think X Design Media of Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada. By using the site, you accept these terms. The ConciergeFlow mobile app and partner platform will have their own terms when they launch — those will govern accounts, bookings, vendor relationships, and payments.

What this website is

This website presents ConciergeFlow — a platform in development — and collects waitlist signups and enquiries. Nothing on the site is an offer of service, a guarantee of launch timing, or a commitment that any feature described will ship in the form shown. Product details, commission structures, and availability may change before and after launch.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist asks us to contact you about ConciergeFlow. It doesn't reserve a place, create an account, or form any agreement beyond that. We may contact waitlist members in stages, and we make no promise about when or whether access is granted. How we handle the information you submit is covered in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Use the site and its forms in good faith. Don't submit content that is unlawful, deceptive, or abusive; don't misrepresent who you are; don't probe, overload, or interfere with the site or its infrastructure; don't scrape content for republication. We may decline or discard submissions that breach this.

Our content

The ConciergeFlow name, logo, and the text, design, and imagery on this site belong to Think X Design Media or are used under license. You may not reproduce them for commercial purposes without written permission. Quoting the site with attribution — press, reviews, commentary — is fine.

Third-party links and services

The site may link to services we don't operate. Their content and terms are their own; a link isn't an endorsement, and we aren't responsible for what happens there.

Disclaimers

The site is provided as-is and as-available. We work to keep it accurate and online, but we don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its content is complete or current. To the fullest extent the law allows, Think X Design Media isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Governing law
